FAQ
Questions worth answering properly.

Who is Planoro for?
Production companies in events, television and live work that coordinate crew across more than one job at a time — the people who staff the job, hold the gear and answer to the client. It is not built for an individual freelancer with no crew to coordinate. If you are the crew, you will most likely meet Planoro as a link someone sends you, which costs you nothing and needs no account.
Do my crew need to create an account?
No. Each worker gets a link to their own hub, protected by a PIN they set once. It opens in any phone browser — no account, no app to install, no password to remember — and shows their call time, address, gear and job sheet in their own language: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French or German.
How do I know the crew actually saw a change?
Every job update carries a read receipt. You see who opened it and when, per person and per change, so you know where you stand before the day starts instead of phoning round to confirm it.
How does pricing work?
One flat price per company, never per user. Core is €40 a month or €399 a year and covers the job record itself. Optional modules — Team Planning, Advanced Scheduling, Inventory, Budgets — are €20 to €30 a month each, and Max bundles Core with all four at €79 a month or €799 a year. You never pay for the crew you staff, however many they are and however often that number changes.
Is there a free trial?
30 days, with no card required. There is nothing to unsubscribe from until you decide to pay.
Where is my data stored, and who else can reach it?
The primary database and file storage are hosted in the European Union. Some sub-processors — payments, email, hosting, rate limiting — are established in the United States, so certain data is transferred there under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, which names every one of them. A Data Processing Agreement is published for anyone who needs one; it is not sold as an enterprise add-on.
Can I export my data, or delete it?
Both, from your own settings, while your subscription is active. Export hands you your workspace as data you keep; deleting your account erases it immediately. If you stop paying we delete nothing — your data stays as you left it and resubscribing puts you back where you were — but the app locks to the resubscribe screen, so the export has to happen before you cancel. If you are already locked out and need a copy, write to us and we will help.
Does a job that is still a draft already hold my equipment?
Yes, and this catches people out. A draft is a hard hold, identical to a confirmed job: the moment you save it, the gear it lists stops being available to other jobs for those dates. Completed, cancelled and deleted jobs release it again, and budget quotes hold nothing at all, because no job exists yet.
