One price per company, not per user
Crews grow and shrink by the week. Charging per seat would punish you for staffing a big job, so pricing is flat per company and you add only the modules your operation actually runs.
About
Planoro is job and workforce management software for production companies in events, television and live work. One record per job — dates, location, client, crew, equipment, travel, costs and messages — with the routine coordination around it handled for you.
A production company runs several jobs at once, each with its own crew, its own gear and its own moving parts. The information all exists — call times, load-in addresses, local contacts, who has confirmed — it is simply spread across calendars, spreadsheets, email threads and messaging apps. Holding it together is real work, and it usually falls to the people who already have the least time to spare.
Planoro exists to take that work off them. One record per job carries everything from first enquiry to final cost, and the routine steps run on their own: role offers go out to the crew, confirmations come back and update the plan, gear is held for the dates it is needed, changes reach exactly whoever is affected, and the job sheet comes out at the end already filled in.
Everything is built around one rule: a change is not delivered until you can see who opened it. Your crew get a link on their phone — call time, address, local contact and one button to confirm — with no account, no app to install and no password to remember, in their own language. You get a clear picture of who has seen what, without having to chase anyone for it.
We started Planoro in December 2025. It was founded by Bruno Magalhães, an audiovisual technician who still works corporate events, television and concerts, and the crew-facing side is shaped by that: it assumes someone standing in a loading bay with one hand free, not only someone at a desk.
Crews grow and shrink by the week. Charging per seat would punish you for staffing a big job, so pricing is flat per company and you add only the modules your operation actually runs.
Your crew will not install an app for one job. They open a link on their phone, see their call time, gear and address, and confirm with one tap — no account, no password, in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French or German.
Every change to a job carries a read receipt. You can see who opened it and when, so you know where you stand before the day starts, without a round of calls to confirm it.
