Crew act through single-use links. Account holders are scoped by role.

  • Crew have no account and no password. Each assignment link is single-use, expires, and resolves to one person on one job. The external job hub is reached by a company slug plus a PIN, separate from dashboard authentication.

  • Seven roles map to 28 named capabilities. The interface hides what a role lacks and the API rejects it. Job, client and warehouse writes go through database functions that re-check membership and role on every call.

  • Your data is exportable in full and deletable on request. Hosted in the EU (Supabase, eu-west-1). Sessions are listed per device and can be revoked individually or all at once.
